Arrow Lake Ranch is located in "prairie pothole" country on the main North American flyway for Snow Geese and Lesser Canada Geese. There is also a heavy population of resident Giant Canada Geese. Habitat is ideal for all waterfowl including Mallard, Pintail, Northern Shoveler, Common Goldeye, Bufflehead, American Widgeon, Redhead, Ring-Necked Duck, Lesser Scaup, Wood Duck, Blue-Winged Teal, Green-Winged Teal, Gadwall, Ruddy Duck, Canvasback, and Blue Geese.
Successful hunts are an everyday occurance. The island on Arrow Lake acts as a perfect flyway for ducks and ensures success to all our hunters who use it.
